I really can't believe I haven't posted this recipe before. This is my favorite loaf bread. It is SOOOO moist and delicious! See, I've been on Weight Watchers for two weeks now and I'm starting to crave something sweet. BUT, I can actually have this. One piece is going to cost me seven points, but it is well worth it. This makes two loaves, so if you want, you can cut it in half and make one loaf.
Pumpkin Bread
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
1 small can of pumpkin
2/3 cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Make a well and add eggs, oil, pumpkin, water and nuts.
3. Pour into 2 greased and floured, 5x9 loaf pans.
4. Bake for 60-70 minutes in 350 oven.

yum! That looks so great! That's a pumpkin recipe I haven't seen in blog world yet (I swear, I've seen every other one though. . .)

that sounds like a good idea for today.. baking bread.
yummm
I made those snowmen heads and bodies from homemade pom poms.
I just wrapped yarn around two fingers ( a lot of yarn) then removed the think loop of yarn from my fingers, pinched two sides together and tied them tight. Lastly I cut the looped ends and fluffed it out. : )
kind've a pain in the butt.. but it is hard to find that size pom poms
I'd go for a slice of this rather than dinner any day!!
I love pumpkin. I love quick breads. Win win :)
It looks worth the points! I was on WW too...good luck with your weight loss!

I would give up my points for this too! Scrumptious!
Happy Thanksgiving to you!
