Martha Stewart Mini Black and White Cookies

Yesterday I decided I wanted to bake something. I had to have my appendix out about a week and a half ago and I was finally feeling like myself again.

I have ALWAYS loved black and white cookies. A lot of times on my birthday, my mom would have a black and white cookie waiting for me when I got home from school.

I decided to open up Martha Stewart's Cookies book to check out the recipe. It looked easy enough. So my husband and I went to the store to grab the last of the ingredients that I didn't have.

My little guy and I mixed all the ingredients as the recipe said. After that, we were supposed to roll the dough into balls. Not happening. It was way too sticky. So I just took out a tablespoon measuring spoon and scooped it out onto the cookie sheet. Worked out just fine.

The cookies came out just like they look in the bakery. :-D Love when that happens. So I think you should try this recipe. If you would like to, take a visit to
Martha's site.
