I've been wanting to try this recipe since I first saw it in the Deen Brothers' Cookbook, Y'all Come Eat. What a perfect combination, potatoes and cheese.
We were having a pretty simple dinner with grilled hot dogs so I decided to make this with them. It was a pretty simple weeknight side to throw together. It smelled so good while it was cooking. We LOVED it! It was delicious!
