Slow-cooked Cabbage Rolls

I found this recipe in Irish Food & Fun from Taste of Home recipes. I had never made stuffed cabbage before but I knew I liked it. So I decided to give it a try.

It was pretty simple to put together. The only thing was that when you got to the leaves toward the middle, they were a little stiffer and tended to break a little.
